Returns and Refunds

Your happiness and satisfaction with your piece is of our utmost importance. Please keep in mind that everything is made by hand, and therefore varies slightly in its unique craftsmanship.  If there is something wrong with your piece, please reach out at pritlove.eleanor@gmail.com, and I will respond promptly with a solution. If you would like to exchange your piece within 30 days of delivery, that is available for store credit. If you would like a refund, please email me with the request and reason within 30 days of the delivery, and I will get back to you.
